Grand Prix Feature film
Don’t worry
dir. Solange Cicurel, France

For a credible and poignant portrayal of an important and current topic. The filmmakers crafted a narrative that is both subtle and shocking, offering insight into the emotions of the main character. The approach in which a comatose teenager “watches” key moments from her life as a ghost allows her and the audience to witness what has happened to her from a distance.

Honorable Mention

Felipe
dir. Federico Schmukler, Argentina

For a heartfelt depiction of a child’s loneliness in the incomprehensible world of adults, based on the outstanding performance of the young actor.

Two Breaths
dir. Kateryna Kurganska, USA

It’s a poetic and moving story that, with exceptional sensitivity, reveals the fragility of the relationship between humans and nature. The film reminds us that we are merely guests on Earth. Its subtle form, carefully crafted visual layer, and strong universal message make the film something more than just a story – it’s a visual tale of hope, resilience, and the unexpected strength that emerges in the face of loss.

Honorable Mention
Short Film
Carmen and the Wooden Spoon
dir. Carlos Gómez-Mira Sagrado, Spain, France

The film uniquely highlights the strength and significance of intergenerational bonds that nurture the ability to confront the most challenging life situations. The animated film format and the author’s chosen narrative style perfectly convey the complexity of human relationships.

CHILDREN‘S JURY

Best Feature
Honey
dir. Natasha Arthy, Denmark

The film was fascinating, had a strong message, and was full of emotions. It demonstrated that truth always prevails. The main character was deceived for many years but discovered the truth—thanks to this, her grandfather had the chance to express feelings he had not shown for years, and her mother had the opportunity to forgive her father. The main character shows viewers that one must not give up in the face of adversity.

Honorable Mention
Feature Film
Skarbek i tajemnica magicznego sreberka
dir. Tomasz Jurkiewicz, Poland

The film tells the story of the culture and legends of Silesia. It was slightly scary and fantastic. It was shot in beautiful locations such as mines, Silesia, and nearby towns. It also had a good cast. The film showcases the bond between siblings, as Janek did everything to get Zosia back despite many hardships and inconveniences.

Best Short
Me, Raani
dir. Shivani Mehra, India, UK

This film shows how powerful imagination can be. Despite challenges such as a lack of money, anyone can create beautiful, joyful, and pleasant moments for themselves. The main character built a game in the ground, because her mother couldn’t afford a gift. This demonstrates the strength of imagination.

Honorable Mention
Short Film
Float
reż. Lydia Matata, Kenya

We were captivated by the message. Despite being insulted for her appearance and weight, the main character did not give up on her dreams of winning the swimming competition.

YOUTH JURY

Best Film
Don’t worry
dir. Solange Cicurel, France

For its unique message and emotional overall impact. Our trio was most fascinated by the simplicity of this film. The script allowed us to experience the heroine’s story without unnecessary overwhelming information. It would not be accurate to say that we wish our lives were like this film. However, we desire that simplicity and conversation so that each of us can understand that what we experience is not necessarily the same for another person. We left the theater with the thought that we had seen a wise, beautiful, heavy, and most importantly – understandable film.

Main Prize
Don’t worry
dir. Solange Cicurel, France

This film addresses the issue of hate in schools and the tragic statistics surrounding teenage suicides. However, what deeply moved us in this particular film was the way the story is told through the perspective of the main character. It’s a kind of journey—a quest for the truth. The viewer follows her as, scene by scene, she reveals the cruel world of teenagers who use social media as a tool for destruction. […] This film is a powerful commentary on the issue of Teenagers Online, and it also serves as a warning—a call for adults to remain vigilant and never let down their guard.

Honorable Mention

The Boy with Pink Pants
dir. Mergherita Ferri, Italy

dir. Solange Cicurel, France

It is a powerful and moving voice in the ongoing discussion about the challenges faced by today’s teenagers — such as psychological abuse, cyberbullying, toxic peer relationships, and the pressure of social media. The film raises awareness, prompts reflection, and emphasizes the importance of support and responding to the suffering of young people. We are grateful for the courage, empathy, and authenticity of this message.

Honorable Mention
The Boy with Pink Pants
dir. Mergherita Ferri, Italy

A subtle yet powerful and tension-filled film. It tells the story of homophobia, peer violence, and family breakdown — issues that affect many teenagers. Based on true events, this deeply moving story resonates on a profound level and truly deserves recognition.
